An old brew, measured anew
In Sri Lanka, kasaya is the old word for a herbal brew. Families have boiled coriander, ginger and leaves from the garden for as long as anyone remembers. Each one had their own recipe, and nobody wrote down how much went in.
Kasaya Labs started with a simple question: how much of each herb is in this cup? On most herbal tea packs, you can't find out. The ingredients are listed, but not the amounts.
So we do it differently. We weigh every herb in every blend and print the grams on the pack. We put a Sri Lankan herb at the heart of each tea, like koththamalli, rampe, rosella or maduruthala. And on every box we tell you plainly who should not drink it, because herbs are not for everyone.
Our teas have no tea leaves and no caffeine, only herbs, flowers and spices, packed in paper bags.
We're a small company based in [your town], Sri Lanka. We started with five blends, one for each part of the day, and we taste every batch ourselves.
